Plans at launch, and what changed for beta users
We are adding features that cost money to run, starting with batch progress reports and cloud sync with automatic backups. To pay for them, IEP Atlas now has paid plans. Everything you were already doing stays yours.
The plans
Free: $0. The goal tools, data sheets, and the interactive demo.
Pro: $12.99 a month or $109 a year ($79 a year for the first 1,000 annual subscribers), including the caseload workspace. It starts with a 14-day free trial.
Team: $79 per seat a year, 5 seats minimum.
School: $2,400 a year for one school, up to 30 staff.

Our pricing page used to say that Pro never removes anything from the free plan, and the home page said the workspace stays free. That is no longer true: the caseload workspace is now part of Pro. We changed both pages to say so.
If you were already using IEP Atlas
Your data stays yours. Without a plan, your workspace opens read-only: you can see everything and export it as a backup file or CSV. A copy in your account stays available for 90 days after a plan ends, then is deleted. Adding and editing need Pro or the trial.
If you already paid for Pro, you keep the founding member price of $79 a year, locked for life. The first 1,000 new annual subscribers get the same price.
Payments
Payments now run through Stripe and PayPal: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, plus ACH or invoice for schools. Annual plans can be refunded in full within 14 days; monthly charges aren't refunded. Exporting your data is free on every plan.
