Billing questions
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account. You keep Pro until the end of the year you paid for.
Is there a refund?
If Pro isn't useful to you, email us within 14 days of an annual charge for a full refund. See the terms.
What if a payment fails?
The payment is retried and you get an email. Your saved items are never deleted because of a failed payment.
Does Pro store student data?
Only if you turn on cloud sync. In that mode your workspace, which can include student names, services, goals, and session data, is stored in our US-hosted database so it can sync across your devices. That use is governed by the Student Data Privacy Agreement and the privacy policy. Saved goal collections never include student fields.
What if I cancel?
Sync stops at the end of the paid period. Your workspace stays on your devices, you can export a full backup at any time, and you can delete the cloud copy from your account. Deleted data is removed from active systems within 30 days.
Is there a district or team plan?
Not yet. If your district wants to license IEP Atlas for several staff, or needs a signed data agreement first, contact us.
