About IEP Atlas

IEP Atlas turns a scattered task (searching PDFs, copying examples, and building separate data trackers) into one short workflow.

What it does

  • A searchable library of 200 structured, original goal templates.
  • A builder that keeps each part of a goal (condition, behavior, support, criterion, method, mastery rule) as its own editable field.
  • Transparent, rule-based measurability checks.
  • Optional short-term objectives that stay aligned with the annual goal.
  • A blank data sheet built for each goal's measure, as a print page, PDF, or spreadsheet.
  • Compliance tools: an IEP due-date calculator, a service-minute tracker, and a printable service log.
  • A caseload workspace for scheduling, live session data, progress graphs, notes, to-dos, and service documentation. It runs in your browser with data on your device; Pro adds cloud sync.

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't decide what a student needs. Goals must come from present levels, assessment data, and IEP team decisions.
  • It doesn't certify compliance with IDEA or state rules, and it isn't endorsed by any government agency or school district.
  • The goal tools don't store student records; use a generic label there. The workspace does hold a caseload, but only on your device unless you choose Pro cloud sync, which is governed by a student data privacy agreement.
  • It doesn't submit Medicaid claims. Service documentation exports are support materials for your district's own process.

How it's built

The builder doesn't call an AI model. Goals are assembled from structured parts with fixed rules, so the same inputs always give the same result. Library drafts were written with AI assistance and are checked by automated rules. Each template shows whether an educator has reviewed it. See the editorial policy.
