Free group data sheet
One page for a small group: 3 to 6 students, 1 or 2 goals each. Every goal gets the grid its measure needs: boxes for trials, opportunities or intervals, a tally box for counts, and fields for timed or scored goals. Add the date at the top, print, and take data for the whole group on one sheet.

Prefer tapping to paper?
In the IEP Atlas workspace, the group sheet fills in your students and their goals for you, and a group session records each student's data live.
Count trials, prompts, and minutes live in the session; the graph and trend line draw themselves; progress reports are drafted from your data.
How to use a group data sheet
- Type each student's name or initials, then describe the goals. Use “Same goals for every student” when the group works on the same skill.
- Pick how each goal is measured. The sheet draws trial boxes, interval boxes, a tally box, or write-in fields to match.
- Print one page per session. Write the date at the top, and mark each box as you go.
- Afterward, total each row and enter the results where your school keeps IEP data.
Measuring one goal for one student? The single-goal data sheets have a row per session and a spreadsheet with formulas. For on-task or engagement goals, the interval recording sheet explains partial-interval, whole-interval and momentary time sampling.
This page stores nothing. Record student data only in systems your school approves.
