Load the week's reminders at a Sunday check
When to use this goal
For high school students juggling school, work, and appointments who add reminders one at a time and miss some. A weekly routine keeps the phone calendar current. Present levels, not grade, decide fit.
- Baseline
- Look at the phone calendar for last week together and count missing events. Then score the routine for one week.
- Tips
- The phone calendar is the record. Fade the Monday check-in to a monthly one. Students keep their own data private; they show what they choose.
- Limits
- Relies on the student's own device and phone rules at school. A full calendar does not show that reminders are acted on; check due dates met or arrivals on time as a second measure.
