When to use this goal
For high school students who buy things and need to know how to return them or get a repair but do not read the policy. Present levels decide the text level.

- Use real policies with personal information removed. Include condition questions (only with a receipt, within 30 days).
- Tips
- Supports transition goals around shopping. Budgeting goals live in the transition area.

- Score only items the student attempted unless the goal defines a fixed set of items. Use the same denominator every session.
- Percent = numerator ÷ denominator × 100. Round to one decimal place.
- Record the support actually provided, even if the goal is independent performance.
