When to use this goal

For older students in work-based learning who find it hard to see why a customer or coworker reacted as they did. Present levels decide fit.

Baseline
Score two scenario responses on the rubric using situations from the student's placement type.
Tips
Use real job situations when the student agrees. Responses should fit the job, not just be polite.
Limits
Rubric scores depend on scenario difficulty. The goal does not measure customer service skills.
