Get the point sheet scored in every class
When to use this goal
For middle and high school students on a CICO or point-sheet plan with several teachers a day, who forget or avoid getting the sheet scored, especially after a hard class. Fit depends on schedule and plan, not grade. Getting feedback after a rough period is the skill.
- Baseline
- Count the scored boxes on each day's sheet for two weeks and compare with the number of periods. Note which periods are skipped; skipped boxes after low-scoring classes point to avoidance of feedback, which the check-out adult can address.
- Tips
- Teachers should score quickly and add one specific positive comment whenever they can; that comment is the reinforcer. A low score should be delivered neutrally with one thing to try next class. Pair with bh-cls-032 or bh-cls-034. Some students prefer a digital sheet the teacher fills in on a shared device.
- Limits
- Counts scoring, not the behavior being scored. Teachers who are busy at the bell lower the count through no fault of the student; agree on a fallback time.

- Record up to 7 opportunities per session, matching the goal's denominator.
- Define in advance what counts as an opportunity so every data collector records the same thing.
- Count only + marks toward the criterion unless the goal specifies prompted responses.
