Dress back after PE before the bell

6-8, 9-12DurationTemplateReview and individualize before use. How templates are made
When to use this goal

For students who change into school clothes without help after PE but take so long that they arrive late to the next class. Base the choice on timed data compared with classmates. Present levels and the OT's observation of the routine, not grade or age, decide whether this template fits.

Baseline
Time 5 PE days from the end-of-class signal to the student walking out of the locker room. Time two or three classmates the same day to set a fair target.
Tips
Laying out school clothes in order before PE saves time later. A watch timer the student starts themselves builds ownership. If showers are part of PE, set the target with that in mind.
Limits
Speed only; assumes the student completes every step. Does not show what slowed them; note it in comments.
