Pair clean socks from a laundry basket

3-5OpportunitiesTemplateReview and individualize before use. How templates are made
When to use this goal

For students starting to help fold laundry at home or at a school laundry job. Pairing socks uses matching by color, size, and pattern in a real task. Present levels and observation of the chore in a real setting, not grade or age, decide whether this template fits.

Baseline
Offer a basket of 6 mixed pairs on 3 days and count the correct pairs made without help. Note which features (size, pattern) cause mismatches.
Tips
Use real socks from home or the school laundry so the job is genuine. Start with clearly different colors, then add similar ones. Count each pair as one opportunity.
Limits
A small part of laundry. Students who already pair well need a wash or fold goal instead.
