Pack for each day's program location
When to use this goal
For older students whose week alternates between locations (job site days, campus days, community days) and who arrive without what the day needs. Present levels in reading a weekly schedule and in packing from a list decide fit; families report the home part.
- Baseline
- For 10 program days, check at arrival whether every item on that location's list is in the bag (work shirt, badge, bus pass, lunch, campus ID). Count a day as correct only if all items are there, and record which items are missed.
- Tips
- Keep the packing lists short and specific to each location. The student can photograph the packed bag. Coordinate with the family so the home part of the routine uses the same lists.
- Limits
- Home packing depends on family report unless checked at arrival. Programs with one location every day do not need this goal.

Goal
By the annual IEP review date, the evening before or the morning of each program day, given a weekly schedule showing the location for each day, the student will check the weekly schedule and pack the items listed for that day's location independently in at least 9 of 10 opportunities, across 2 consecutive two-week periods, as measured by direct observation collected daily at arrival, summarized every ten program days.

- Record up to 10 opportunities per session, matching the goal's denominator.
- Define in advance what counts as an opportunity so every data collector records the same thing.
- Count only + marks toward the criterion unless the goal specifies prompted responses.
