Leave with all personal belongings at the end of the day

When to use this goal

For students who regularly leave the coat, water bottle, lunchbox, or glasses behind, so an adult gathers them or the family comes back for them. Base the choice on a count of items left over 2 weeks.

Baseline
For 2 weeks, check at the door each day whether every item on the card left with the student; a day counts only if all items did. Note which item is forgotten most; it may need a fixed storage spot.
Tips
Limit the card to the items the student actually brings. Make the check a class-wide routine at the door so the student is not singled out. The same card can go on the backpack for the home-to-school direction.
Limits
All-or-nothing scoring hides partial progress; record the number of items as well. Items left in other rooms (PE, music) require those teachers to check.
