Reflect on how own actions affected a group
When to use this goal
For high school students who can analyze others' actions but find it hard to see the effect of their own choices on a group project, team, or club. Present levels decide fit.
- Baseline
- Score two reflections on the rubric. Include positive effects; reflection is not only about problems.
- Tips
- Keep reflection private and strengths-based. Positive actions count as much as missteps.
- Limits
- Self-reflection depends on trust with the adult. The goal does not measure group participation itself.
