Report harassment at school or work

9-12Task-analysis stepsTemplateReview and individualize before use. How templates are made
When to use this goal

For high school and transition-age students who need a clear routine for reporting harassment (unwanted comments, touching, or messages) at school or at a job site. Present levels decide fit.

Baseline
Run one role-play and mark each step. Find out the real reporting process at the school and the job site.
Tips
Safety routines target every step. Never use the student's real experiences as scripts unless they choose to.
Limits
Role-play does not guarantee real reporting. The IEP goal never replaces Title IX, workplace, or mandated reporting procedures.

Original IEP Atlas template based on general measurement principles; not copied from any goal bank. ID se-rb-020.
