Tell the case manager when a listed support is not being provided
When to use this goal
For high school students who know their accommodations but do not notice or report when a class is not providing them. Base the choice on a review of accommodation use across classes. Pairs with se-sa-001 for in-the-moment requests.
- Baseline
- Compare the student's account of accommodation use with teacher reports for one month. Count instances where a support was not provided and whether the student noticed and reported it. Check whether the student can list their accommodations from memory or needs the card.
- Tips
- An opportunity is a verified instance of a listed support not being provided. Score correct when the student reports it within one school day (natural events) or at the next check (checklist condition). Planned probes must be low-stakes, brief, and agreed by the team; the goal is noticing, not catching teachers out. Follow up every report so reporting leads to change.
- Limits
- Verification depends on teacher honesty and records. Over-reporting can occur when the student misunderstands an accommodation; review definitions together. Providing accommodations remains the school's responsibility regardless of the student's reporting.

- Record up to 4 opportunities per session, matching the goal's denominator.
- Define in advance what counts as an opportunity so every data collector records the same thing.
- Count only + marks toward the criterion unless the goal specifies prompted responses.
