Report on a college or training campus visit

9-12Rubric scoreTemplateReview and individualize before use. How templates are made
When to use this goal

For students visiting a college, trade school or inclusive program who come back with impressions but no facts. Present levels in writing and note-taking decide whether the report is written, recorded or made with photos.

Baseline
Score the report from the first visit. Write the report soon after the visit, since detail fades quickly.
Tips
Ask to meet the accessibility services office during the visit. Reports go in the transition portfolio and help the family compare options with tn-pse-001.
Limits
Visits show a campus on one day. Some students can visit only virtually; that is fine.

Original IEP Atlas template based on general measurement principles; not copied from any goal bank. ID tn-pse-020.
