Leave the station ready for the next shift

When to use this goal

For transition-age students who finish the work but leave the station cluttered, tools out, or supplies empty, which supervisors notice. Present levels at the site, not grade, decide fit. Use the employer's own closing standard where one exists.

Baseline
Score the station with the rubric at the end of two or three shifts before teaching. Ask the supervisor which row matters most to them and start there.
Tips
Supervisors can score the rubric in under a minute, which builds a natural reference for the student's resume. Keep words adult: shift, station, supervisor. Restocking may mean reporting a low supply rather than refilling it.
Limits
Busy shifts may end early or late, changing closing time. Does not measure work quality during the shift.
