Study on at least three separate days before a test

6-8, 9-12OpportunitiesTemplateReview and individualize before use. How templates are made
When to use this goal

For students whose present levels show one long cram session the night before, if any. For students with a study log and tests announced in advance.

Baseline
Ask the student to log study sessions for the next two or three tests without instruction. Verify logs with a family member or by asking what was studied. Count days with a real session.
Tips
Each announced test is one opportunity. Met means three logged sessions on different days, each at least 15 minutes, verified by a signature or a brief description of what was studied. Sessions can be at school or home. Pair with ef-pl-005 for the plan and ef-ss-008 for what happens in the sessions.
Limits
Logs are self-reported; verification keeps them honest. Tests announced on short notice do not provide a fair opportunity.

Goal

By the annual IEP review date, when a test is announced at least 5 school days in advance, the student will complete a logged study session of at least 15 minutes on three separate days before the test independently in at least 4 of 5 opportunities, across 5 consecutive announced tests, as measured by opportunity-by-opportunity data collected each announced test and summarized monthly.
