Show up to scheduled club meetings

When to use this goal

For middle school students who signed up for a club or team but miss most meetings because they forget, feel unsure at the door, or lack a ride. Base the choice on club records and the student's own account. Combine with any support the student needs inside the meeting.

Baseline
Use the advisor's attendance for the first month. Ask the student what got in the way on missed days (forgot, worried, no ride, did not like it). Missing because the student no longer likes the club is a reason to choose again, not a failure.
Tips
Score each scheduled meeting as met when the student arrived and took part. Advisors share attendance by a quick message. If the student wants to quit, help them choose a new activity.
Limits
Rides and family schedules affect the data. Does not measure what the student does in the meeting beyond one activity.
