Say first and last name and age

When to use this goal

For preschoolers who answer to their name but cannot yet tell a new adult their full name or age. Present levels in expressive communication and the student's AAC system decide fit; the answer can be spoken, signed, or shown on a device or card.

Baseline
Ask the questions 5 times across a week with different adults. Count correct when all three facts were given.
Tips
Program name and age on the AAC device. Practice with new adults as soon as possible. This builds toward the fuller personal information goal in fn-cs-007.
Limits
Saying a name to anyone who asks is not always safe; teach older students who to tell. Does not include address or phone.
