Write or stamp first name on own work

K-2, PKOpportunitiesTemplateReview and individualize before use. How templates are made
When to use this goal

For kindergartners whose papers come back unnamed, or who need an adult to write their name. Present levels in writing letters and the OT's input decide fit; a name stamp or name sticker label is a valid choice for students who cannot yet write it.

Baseline
Check the first 10 papers of a week for a name without a prompt. Note the mode (written, copied, stamped).
Tips
Letter formation is a handwriting goal; this goal is the habit of naming work. Name stamps are fine and respectful. Families can practice with the same name card.
Limits
Does not measure letter formation or spelling. Shared projects need a different system.
