Report a missed time clock punch

9-12, 6-8OpportunitiesTemplateReview and individualize before use. How templates are made
When to use this goal

For students who notice they forgot to clock in or out but say nothing, or try to fix it by punching at the wrong time. Present levels in self-advocacy and in workplace communication decide supports.

Baseline
Real missed punches are rare, so mix them with planned practices. Record whether the student reported, what they said, and whether the time they gave was right.
Tips
Telling the supervisor quickly keeps pay records right and shows honesty employers value. Ask the site how corrections are made and practice with that form.
Limits
Opportunities depend on mistakes happening. Does not measure the clock routine itself (fn-voc-002).

Original IEP Atlas template based on general measurement principles; not copied from any goal bank. ID fn-voc-077.

Goal

By the annual IEP review date, when the student notices a missed or wrong punch on the time clock, badge screen or time sheet, the student will tell the supervisor about the missed punch the same day and give the correct time independently in at least 4 of 5 opportunities, across 2 consecutive grading periods, as measured by frequency recording collected at each missed punch and at planned practices, summarized monthly.
