Invite a peer to come to a club or interest group

6-8, 9-12OpportunitiesTemplateReview and individualize before use. How templates are made
When to use this goal

For students who already attend a club and are ready to bring a peer along, building a connection that carries outside class. Present levels decide fit. Invitations can be spoken, written, texted, or shown on a flyer.

Baseline
With the student, list peers who might like the club. Track planned invitation chances over 2 or 3 weeks and whether the student invited anyone. Student report plus staff observation works.
Tips
An opportunity is a planned chance the student and adult agreed on. The invitation counts whether or not the peer comes. Celebrate any peer who joins. Never pressure peers.
Limits
Opportunities depend on planning and student report. The goal measures inviting, not friendship.
