Find the restroom using signs in public buildings

3-5, 6-8OpportunitiesTemplateReview and individualize before use. How templates are made
When to use this goal

For elementary students who ask an adult to take them to the restroom in every public building. Reading restroom symbols and arrow signs is the skill; present levels in symbol recognition decide fit, not grade.

Baseline
Record 5 opportunities across different buildings. Score correct when the student reaches the restroom using signs without being led.
Tips
Agree on the meeting point and how far the adult stands back with the family. Include family and accessible restroom symbols.
Limits
Buildings without clear signs make the task unfair; note sign quality. Supervision distance is set by the team for the student's age.
