Report own goal progress at the IEP meeting
When to use this goal
For students who track their own goal data (tn-sd-003) and attend their meetings, and are ready to present the progress section themselves. Present levels in communication decide whether the student speaks, uses slides or plays prepared device messages.
- Baseline
- Score a practice meeting first. Record the response mode and which goals were presented so later scores compare the same thing.
- Tips
- Builds on fn-tr-007, which covers strengths, needs and a goal; this template covers the progress section. Let the student choose which goals to present first.
- Limits
- Real meetings are rare; practice meetings carry most of the data. A strong presentation does not mean the goals were met.
Original IEP Atlas template based on general measurement principles; not copied from any goal bank. ID tn-sd-039.
