Keep a password private when a peer asks
When to use this goal
For students who share passwords with friends to be helpful or to avoid conflict. Present levels in saying no to a peer request decide fit. Practice uses role-play, and real requests are noted when they happen.
- Baseline
- Run five short role-plays with different requests (a friend who forgot theirs, someone offering a game, an older student). Record exactly what the student says and does.
- Tips
- Teach the one exception: parents or a named adult at school. Role-play keeps practice safe. Pair with a self-advocacy goal if refusing peers is hard in general.
- Limits
- Role-plays are easier than real friend pressure. The goal does not cover online requests for passwords; see phishing templates.

- Record up to 5 opportunities per session, matching the goal's denominator.
- Define in advance what counts as an opportunity so every data collector records the same thing.
- Count only + marks toward the criterion unless the goal specifies prompted responses.
