Name community workers seen on an outing

9-12OpportunitiesTemplateReview and individualize before use. How templates are made
When to use this goal

For students 16 to 21 in community-based instruction who pass many workplaces without noticing the jobs inside. Present levels in communication decide the response mode (speech, photos, device).

Baseline
On the first 2 outings, plan 5 moments where a worker is clearly visible at a task. Record whether the student named the job and a task without prompting.
Tips
Talk with the store or business manager first, and never interrupt workers. The would I like it part feeds the student's list of jobs to try in work-based learning.
Limits
What is visible on an outing varies; note the site each time. Naming jobs is awareness; tryouts show interest and fit.
