Choose interview clothes that fit the workplace
When to use this goal
For students who are unsure what to wear to an interview at different kinds of workplaces. Present levels in judgment and the student's own clothing options decide whether photos or real clothes are used; the goal is matching the setting, not a single dress code.
- Baseline
- Present 6 workplace and outfit scenarios. Count a choice that fits the setting with a reason; there is often more than one right answer.
- Tips
- Respect the student's identity, culture and budget; the goal is clean clothes that match the type of workplace, not expensive or gendered outfits. A school clothing closet helps students who need interview clothes.
- Limits
- Photo choices are easier than choosing from own closet. Dress expectations vary by employer.

- Record up to 6 opportunities per session, matching the goal's denominator.
- Define in advance what counts as an opportunity so every data collector records the same thing.
- Count only + marks toward the criterion unless the goal specifies prompted responses.
